In this section I'll help to solve different questions concerning the site in armenian.
By the way, I'm not an expert and I'm considering Windows Xp and Internet Explorer.
Nevertheless, I'm following the standards and should work for most of the people.

Choose from "webpage's fonts": Sylfaen or any other that will say Unicode
Then press accept all the change and refresh the page (Press F5")

Section 2
After that, in the same screen
click on "Details".
You're going to add the two types of Armenian Keyboards (Eastern and Western).
Click on "Add...", in the first field choose "Armenian" and in the second one
choose "Eastern Armenian" and accept.
Do the same thing, but now in the second field
choose "Western Armenian".
Done that, you should see the keyboards and the two variations.
Section 3
Now, go under "Settings", choose "Language Toolbar"
and click on it.
Check "Show the language toolbar in the desktop", "Show adittional icons in the noticfication area" and accept.
You'll now be able to see the word "EN"
in the "bottom bar", click on it and you'll see "HY" that stands for armenian.
When you chagne into "HY" you should see an icon of a keyboard that should let you choose between esatern and western variations.
To now wich key types which character read the topic "I want to see the 'Armenian Keyboar Layout'...".
Section 4
Last thing, click on "Keys configuration" and pay attention that besides "To change between input languages" says that you can press <ALT>+<LEFT SHIFT>.
